About me

Hi! I am Carmen Neagoe, and I am honored you are reading these lines! Thank you for being here, now!


I started my journey into understanding the human psyche driven by the desire to comprehend what is happening in the human MindBodySoul trinity when mental disturbances appear and negatively impact reality, life and the environment.


With more than two decades experience in exploring human psychology and the blueprint for manifesting the true human potential, I offer to the explorers of the Self a space where they can find tools for healing and growth.


The aim is to create new neuronal connections that are allowing you to heal the past by integrating it to higher levels of consciousness into the present moment, giving you the freedom to build the future you envision and the impact you desire.

I am specialized in Transactional Analysis with a bachelor's in psychology!

In my practice I am influenced by Psychoanalysis, Carl. G. Jung, Eric Berne, Erik Erikson, Bert Hellinger, Rudolf Steiner, Martin Heidegger, Jean-Paul Sartre, Stanislav Grof, John C. Lilly and others.


I work in an integrative and systemic way, using clear contracting, goal setting while regularly checking the progress, ensuring that the rhythm of the therapy is attuned with the pace of the client.

My focus

As a psychotherapeutic counsellor specialised in Transactional Analysis, I focus with compassion and curiosity, on understanding the dynamics present in the life of my clients, uncovering inner resources and building new skills, for growth and transformation. Working with concepts like Life script, Games and Life positions allows me to bring to light inner truths that were hidden in the shadow of the psyche for years, decades or even lifetime.

My approach

We will discover the root cause of your symptoms by analysing behaviours, patterns and life dynamics, going to the deeper layers of the psyche. These layers are formed from conception, influenced and shaped over time by environment, society, parental influences, genetics and spirituality. We will have a close look at all of them and see how they influence your present. This structured approach promotes rapid results, where you can get clarity about the root causes of your challenges, while discovering new resources and uncovering your hidden gifts.

Moving forward

Being in the space of the therapeutic relationship, where you can feel safe and held to express the “unexpressed”, allows you to find your own voice, a new sense of Self and new meanings in life. In my presence people feel seen, heard, understood, respected and appreciated. Reach out, today!
